RESERVATION POLICIES
Guaranteed Late Arrival:
Pre-Payment - It is mandatory that we receive a check 20 days prior to your arrival date. You may also guarantee your reservations with a credit card. We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Diners Club. This will guarantee your reservation all night.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival date. If you do not cancel your reservation by the night before your arrival, we will charge your card on the morning of your arrival date.

4:00 PM Hold:
This type of reservation is not highly recommended as there are time changes throughout Arizona and Utah that can catch the traveler off guard. Arizona, for example is on daylight savings time only on the Navajo Reservation portions of the State. This means that the rest of Arizona is an hour earlier than us: If you know for sure you will be arriving mid-day, the 4:00 PM hold will work for you.

We are a Pet Friendly Motel
We just ask that you let us know that you will be bringing your pet so that we can give you a designated pet room.
